Holika Dahan 17 March होलिका दहन 17 मार्च 2022

इस बार होलिका का दहन 17 मार्च को होगा और फाग यानी रंगों की होली एक दिन बाद 19 मार्च को खेली जाएगी। इस त्यौहार को लेकर को लेकर मिथिला व बनारसी पंचांग एकमत है। फाल्गुन शुक्ल पूर्णिमा 17 मार्च गुरुवार को दोपहर 1.13 बजे से आरंभ हो रहा है। जो 18 मार्च शुक्रवार को दोपहर 1.03 बजे तक रहेगा। होलिका दहन पूर्णिमा तिथि में रात के समय भद्रा मुक्त काल में होता है। 17 मार्च की मध्यरात्रि बनारसी पंचांग के अनुसार, 12.57 बजे तथा मिथिला पंचांग के मुताबिक रात्रि 1.09 बजे तक भद्रा रहेगा। ऐसे में होलिका दहन का पुनीत कार्य इसके बाद किया जाएगा। व्रत की पूर्णिमा 17 मार्च को तथा स्नान-दान की पूर्णिमा 18 मार्च को मनेगा।

होलिका दहन शुभ मुहूर्त

होलिका दहन का मुहूर्त रात 9 बजकर 20 मिनट से देर रात 10 बजकर 31 मिनट तक रहेगा। यानि होलिका दहन के लिए करीब 1 घंटा 10 मिनट का समय मिलेगा। इसके बाद भद्रा शुरू हो जाएगी जो रात को 1:09 तक रहेगी।
होलिका दहन के लिए प्रदोष काल का मुहूर्त 17 मार्च को ही प्राप्त हो रहा है।

होलिका दहन का शास्त्रोक्त नियम

फाल्गुन शुक्ल अष्टमी से फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा तक होलाष्टक माना जाता है, जिसमें शुभ कार्य वर्जित रहते हैं। पूर्णिमा के दिन होलिका-दहन किया जाता है। इसके लिए मुख्यत: दो नियम ध्यान में रखने चाहिए।
1. पहला, उस दिन ह्लभद्राह्व न हो। भद्रा का ही एक दूसरा नाम विष्टि करण भी है, जो कि 11 करणों में से एक है। एक करण तिथि के आधे भाग के बराबर होता है।
2. दूसरा, पूर्णिमा प्रदोषकाल-व्यापिनी होनी चाहिए। सरल शब्दों में कहें तो उस दिन सूर्यास्त के बाद के तीन मुहूर्तों में पूर्णिमा तिथि होनी चाहिए।
होलिका दहन (जिसे छोटी होली भी कहते हैं) के अगले दिन पूर्ण हर्षोल्लास के साथ रंग खेलने का विधान है और अबीर-गुलाल आदि एक-दूसरे को लगाकर व गले मिलकर इस पर्व को मनाया जाता है।

18 मार्च की सुबह होली का रंग खेला जाएगा

परंपराओं और ज्योतिष के अनुसार होलिका का दहन पूर्णिमा की रात में प्रदोष काल में होता है। फाल्गुन शुक्ल पूर्णिमा (Falgun Shukla Purnima) 17 मार्च को दोपहर 1:13 से शुरू होगी। जो 18 मार्च शुक्रवार को दोपहर 1:03 तक रहेगी। होलिका दहन के लिए प्रदोष काल का मुहूर्त 17 मार्च को ही प्राप्त हो रहा है। पूर्णिमा 18 मार्च को दोपहर तक ही है और उस दिन रात को न तो पूर्णिमा होगी और ना ही प्रदोष काल होगा। इसलिए होली 18 मार्च को नहीं जलाई जाएगी। लेकिन 18 मार्च को दोपहर तक पूर्णिमा और भद्रा होने के कारण उस दिन रंग नहीं खेलना उचित नहीं होगा।

होली की पौराणिक कथा

होली का त्योहार (Holi festival) मुख्य रूप से विष्णु भक्त प्रह्राद से जुड़ी है। भक्त प्रह्लाद का जन्म राक्षस परिवार में हुआ था, परन्तु वे भगवान विष्णु के अनन्य भक्त थे। उनके पिता हिरण्यकश्यप को उनकी ईश्वर भक्ति अच्छी नहीं लगती थी इसलिए हिरण्यकश्यप ने प्रह्लाद को अनेकों प्रकार के कष्ट दिए। हिरण्यकश्यप ने कई बार भक्त प्रह्राल को मारने की कोशिश की लेकिन हर बार नकामी ही मिली। तब हिरण्यकश्यप ने अपनी बहन होलिका को भक्त प्रह्राद को मारने की जिम्मा सौपा।

होलिका को आग में न जलने का वरदान प्राप्त था। उनकी बुआ होलिका जिसको ऐसा वस्त्र वरदान में मिला हुआ था जिसको पहनकर आग में बैठने से उसे आग नहीं जला सकती थी। होलिका भक्त प्रह्लाद को मारने के लिए वह वस्त्र पहनकर उन्हें गोद में लेकर आग में बैठ गई। भक्त प्रह्लाद (Bhakta Prahlad) की विष्णु भक्ति के फलस्वरूप होलिका जल गई लेकिन भक्त प्रह्लाद को कुछ नहीं हुआ। इसके प्रथा के चलते हर वर्ष होलिका दहन किया जाता है और अगले दिन रंगों की होली खेली जाती है।
